Responsibilities

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and research potential clients in target industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and distribution centers.

• Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing to generate leads and expand the customer base.

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.

2. Relationship Building:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within prospective client organizations.

• Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and pain points, and position VisionNav Robotics' AGV solutions as the ideal solution to address their requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.

3. Sales Process Management:

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure.

• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of VisionNav Robotics' AGV solutions.

• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and progress against targets using CRM software.

4. Customer Success and Satisfaction:

• Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation by facilitating communication and alignment between the sales team and the customer success team.

• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in selling complex solutions in the automation & material handling industry.

• Strong understanding of LiDAR and SLAM technology, as well as familiarity with AGV systems and robotics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and self motivation.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
