LTT is the biggest Logistics exhibition in Asia and also an unique logistics show in Japan.

Event: Logis-Tech Tokyo 2022

Date: Sep 13(Tue.) - 16(Fri.),10:00-17:00

Revenue: Tokyo Big Sight East Halls 1-8

Booth: 5-112

“This is not the 1st time VisionNav attends LTT and we are well prepared to provide Japanese companies with the industry's most advanced industrial driverless vehicle applications”, said Kiki, head of VisionNav Japan. Japan is known to manufacture more than 50% of the world's industrial robots and was one of the first countries where automation started. In recent years, Japan sees an accelerating digital transformation which requires companies to utilize technology to improve operational efficiency. "This is a valuable communication opportunity and we hope to share our automation experience and develop diversified cooperation with excellent local companies"

VisionNav has planned 3 core application scenario demonstrations centered around Japanese enterprises' automation:

1) Automated truck loading and unloading. The vehicle assigned to the scenario demonstration is the core product of VisionNav - VNE20, it is the first time VisionNav exhibits the E-Series outdoor electric automatic forklift in East Asia.

2) Dense storage scenario under AI-based security monitoring. The Bright Eyes Environment Monitoring System will play a key role in this scenario. Together with the VisionNav master product VNP15, the lineside storage will be intelligently managed. This means that within the uncleared buffer zone, a forklift truck will be able to take stock of the materials in the area, out and in, at the first point of time.

3) Roll cage handling in narrow aisles. Almost every company in Japan uses roll cages to carry materials, and VisionNav's latest SLIM series forklift trucks are well suited to accomplish roll cage handling in narrow spaces.

"The truck loading and unloading scenario are one of the most anticipated scenarios for enterprises in the last 2 years", Vivian introduces. It is considered to be the most complex and technically demanding of the intralogistics scenarios, with much higher efficiency, accuracy, and safety requirements. VisionNav offers established technologies, products, and case applications that can help companies solve their automation challenges.

Vivian also reveals that there will be one new product launched by VisionNav at the show, which will be a departure from previous products in terms of flexibility, "for more complex scenarios with narrower aisles, this new product will show unique advantages".
