Responsibilities

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AGV Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing complex sales in the automation industry, with a deep understanding of LiDAR and SLAM technology. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals.

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and research potential clients in target industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and distribution centers.
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
2. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
- Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and pain points, and position VisionNav Robotics' AGV solutions as the ideal solution to address their requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
3. Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of VisionNav Robotics' AGV solutions.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and progress against targets using CRM software.
4. Customer Success and Satisfaction:
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation by facilitating communication and alignment between the sales team and the customer success team.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in selling complex solutions in the automation & material handling industry.
- Strong understanding of LiDAR and SLAM technology, as well as familiarity with AGV systems and robotics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
