Sustainable Workflow

VisionNav deployed multiple customized Reach Truck AGVs and Robot Control Systems (RCS) at the client's project site. The AGV boasts high-precision positioning and perception capabilities, making it well-suited for cantilever racks, drive-in racks, and other high-rise access scenarios. The RCS orchestrates intelligent scheduling and management of AGV units, seamlessly integrating with the client's Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure real-time goods positioning and handling demand management, thereby optimizing logistics operations.

Autonomous Warehousing: Goods are conveyed from the unloading reception area to the interior of the warehouse via roller conveyor lines. After smoothly passing through size, weight, and barcode detection on the inbound conveyor line, they reach the end of the roller conveyor line. The VisionNav RCS system interfaces with the client's WMS, receives the goods warehousing requirements, and sends them to the customized Reach Truck AGV, dispatching them to the designated end of the conveyor line to pick up the goods and transfer them to the storage area.

Autonomous Outbound: When a request for outbound goods is received, warehouse workers use WMS to dispatch outbound requests with one - click. The RCS dispatches customized autonomous forklifts to the designated shelves in the warehouse, picks up the goods, and transfers them to the outbound buffer area. After the autonomous forklift completes the outbound operation, it synchronously feeds back the outbound process to the RCS system, updating the internal cargo information in the warehouse.
